Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
